Connecting to network shared drives from remote locations is only possible after connecting to the VPN. The network shared drives will not display if you are not connected to the Pandora Network.
Remote users are required to follow the process below to access network shared drives:
- Connect to the VPN.
- Click here to access the article on how to connect to the VPN.
- Open Windows Explorer:
- Click START
- Click Computer
- Right-click the Folder icon in the Task Bar
- Select File Explorer
- Double click on the required network drive to access the contents
Note: The drive may appear with a red ‘X’ through it. Double click on it anyway to access the contents.
