Login to UltiPro

UltiPro is used by Human Resources to manage payroll, time management and various benefits for individual employees.

Please follow the procedure below to access UltiPro from any computer.

  1. Open Internet Explorer
    NOTE: UltiPro does not always work properly in other browsers. The Help Desk only supports UltiPro login issues using Internet Explorer

  2. Open Favorites by clicking the "star" icon in the upper-right corner of the browser window.

  3. Click the link titled ‘UltiProWorkplace’:

    IMPORTANT NOTE: If you attempt to log in to UltiPro using any Favorites links other than the one specified above, it will most likely not allow you to log in, giving you an error message.

  4. If you are in a PANDORA office or connected to the VPN, you should be logged in automatically using your Windows logon username & password.

  5. If you are prompted to log in, please enter your PANDORA email address and current network password in the fields provided.
    NOTE: Your UltiPro login is always the same as your current PANDORA e-mail address and network password.
