Add PANDORA Email to Your Smart Phone

Adding your PANDORA e-mail account on your Smart Phone will allow you to have 24x7 access to your e-mail account, as long as you have Wi-Fi or mobile data service on the device. Please follow the procedure below to add your PANDORA e-mail account to your Smart Phone:


iOS (Apple) Devices:

  1. Open the Settings app and tap Mail, Contacts, and Calendars:



  2. Tap Add Account:



  3. Choose Exchange account:



  4. Enter your login information, then tap Next. Your username is you full email address (TJTaurisano@pandora.net) and password is your network password:



    NOTE: If your device did not automatically receive the correct settings from the server, and are prompted to enter a Domain, Server Address, or additional username & password during either setup, use the applicable settings below:

    Server Address: outlook.office365.com
    Domain: Leave this blank
    Username: Your full email address
    Password: Your normal network password



  5. Once the credentials are accepted, choose which items you would like synced to your phone and tap Save:



  6. You should see that your account has been added to the list. Your e-mail will synchronize over the next several minutes.


Android Devices:

  1. Open your Email app on your phone. If this is the first time you are adding an email account, you will be prompted to set it up automatically. If you already have an email address on your phone, look for the option to add an account.

  2. Enter your email address and password in the necessary fields, then tap to go to the next screen:



  3. Choose Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync or just Exchange as the type of account:



  4. Answer OK to any prompts that come up related to this setup:     

        

  5. Choose the options that you would like to sync onto your phone:



  6. If prompted, activate Device Administrator by tapping Activate:



  7. Your e-mail will synchronize over the next several minutes.
