Use PANDORA Americas HQ Conference Room Audio Equipment

There are multiple ways to use the audio and video equipment in the Pandora Headquarters conference rooms. Please follow the procedures below to display your computer to the TV monitors and initiate or join conference calls.

To Display Computer Screen to TV (via Crestron Panel):

  1. Tap anywhere on the Crestron panel to wake the device up (if the screen is black)
  2. On the Crestron device, tap the Table button to activate the display in the room
  3. Plug the cables provided in the room into your computer.
  4. You do not need to change the input on the TV, it will auto detect to whichever cord is plugged in.
  5. When you are done, tap the Shut Down button, and confirm to turn off the display.

Note: Plugging in the HDMI cable (with or without adapter) will transmit video and sound.

 

To Make Calls (via Crestron Panel):

  1. Tap anywhere on the Crestron panel to wake the device up (if the screen is black)
  2. Tap Audio Conference
  3. On the dial pad, enter the number that you wish to call.
    1. You do not need to dial a leading number to dial out of the building. Simply dial the area code and number. If you get an error, dial a ‘1’ before the area code for US numbers.
      1. If you are calling an international number, dial “011” before the country code
    2. For PANDORA Lync conferences, dial (443) 537-2222. You will be asked for a Conference ID and asked to enter your Lync Conferencing PIN.
      1. If you are the leader (creator) of the meeting, enter your Lync Conference PIN and then press #
      2. If you are not the leader, wait a few seconds after entering the Conference ID and you will be prompted to record your name and joined to the meeting.
        NOTE: If the leader of the meeting has not yet joined, you will be placed in the meeting lobby until the leader joins.

Note: If you do not know your Lync Conference PIN, or have never set it, you can reset it by signing into http://dialin.pandora.net (using your full Pandora e-mail address and network password) and clicking Reset your PIN.

You can enter Privacy Mode by tapping the Privacy button on the right side of the panel. Callers on the other end will not be able to hear you speak.

You can increase or decrease the volume of the call by tapping the Volume Up or Volume Down buttons that are inside the main window of the panel.

 

To Make Calls (via ClearOne Panel):

The ClearOne Panels work side by side with the Crestron Panels. Making a call with either device will lead to the same result.

  1. To make calls with this device, simply enter the number you wish to call, then press the On/Off button to dial.
    1. You do not need to dial a leading number to dial out of the building. Simply dial the area code and number. If you get an error, dial a ‘1’ before the area code for US numbers.
      1. If you are calling an international number, dial “011” before the country code
    2. For PANDORA Lync conferences, dial (443) 537-2222. You will be asked for a Conference ID and asked to enter your Lync Conferencing PIN.
      1. If you are the leader (creator) of the meeting, enter your Lync Conference PIN and then press #

To Make Calls (via Polycom CX3000 Star Phone)

  1. Dial the number on the phone, then press the Pickup/Hang-up
    1. You do not need to dial a leading number to dial out of the building. Simply dial the area code and number. If you get an error, dial a ‘1’ before the area code for US numbers.
      1. If you are calling an international number, dial “011” before the country code
    2. For PANDORA Lync conferences, dial You will be asked for a Conference ID, and asked to enter your Lync Conferencing PIN if you are the leader of the conference.

If you do not know your Lync Conference PIN, or have never set it, you can reset it by signing into http://dialin.pandora.net (using your full Pandora e-mail address and network password) and clicking Reset your PIN.
